Draft Transportation Plan Review

City of Vernon staff are pleased to present you with the draft Transportation Plan (TP).  Drawing from extensive community engagement completed over the past year, and informed by technical studies and best practices, this document will guide the city's growth over the next 20 years. 

The TP reflects the community’s vision, values, and ideas for how to create safe, connected and inclusive transportation networks through thoughtful planning and supportive policies. It is intended to be an inclusive, approachable, and easy-to-use document that can facilitate balanced growth in the community.    

This engagement phase provides an opportunity to review the draft TP and offer your feedback. As you go through the document, please consider how it aligns with your vision for the community. Community input will be considered to inform the final draft which will be presented to Council in the fall.
