Project Overview

The applicant has applied to AMEND the Official Community Plan (OCP) for 7025 Herbert Road/7110 Bates Road from 'NORD - Country Residential' to 'Rural Low Density' and to REZONE the property from 'CR NORD - Country Residential' to 'R5 - Four-plex Housing Residential' in order to permit a new multi-family residential housing development. This application is referenced as OCP00088/ZON00369.
